HELP: Alcatel one touch 4010A in logo [ANSWERED]


Please i need to know how repair soft in alcatel one touch 4010A, because only turn on in logo, and i have another one alive, and i would like to read fullflash, but i dont know the process to read flash. or if anybody have the flash to reapir my phone.

Try to hard reset, . Hold v0l+ + power on and choice wipe data. . . . Or if u have a piranha box try to wipe. . .

Read flash supported only in EMMC phones , in NAND phones not supported.

Yes.
1.Enable debug log in service tab to see exactly what problems have phone.
2.No valid table meen most posible you have problem with flash chip, cpu, bad soldering and so on.

If phone have hardware errors , usually this can't be solved by software.

Most posible phone have hardware error.

Flash ic damaged, bad soldered.
Try disable format and flash, see after what error displayed.
