pls need alcatel ot-800 RGCI1 firmware to flash it cuz av used all the firmware at the support but always got error when it start the flashing

What error exactly you get?
Phone must be flashed using comport , not usb.

Simlock upload enabled
DA start adress: 0x40000800
DA version: 3.1052.00.52
DA last modified_date: 2011/03/17 09:40:40
Com port opened...Press power on
Pull down GPIO17 to disable vibrator
Download DA now...You can release power on
Error: S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL(4034)

Strange, here is like not enabled boot in phone.

On get boot info what you get?

- i have the same error with a ot808
- this is boot info:

Com port opened...Press power on
Pull down GPIO17 to disable vibrator
Download DA now...You can release power on
