This is not error, Aiwa AW790 DA loader not exists in exe.
And exe prompt you to select manually.
Just follow exe hint.

The exe does not bring this model in the list, and for that reason it is not possible to choose manually.
What can be done?

If model is not listed, use custom DA from phone firmware.

Then should I read the phone's firmware using NCK?

Teoreticly , first you must learn basics :confused:
DA loader usually come with factory firmware and not exists inside phones.
It's used to boot phone in flash mode and handle phone in flash mode.

And no, ram loader not exists in phone and is not posible to extract from phone.

If you have Aiwa AW790 private rsa key, you can sign loader very easy.
Not need any box for make rsa sign.
You can use even openssl for this.
If you not have, only factory loader can be used.

Just hold on the button volume + before connect the phone and during the process
