I have OT5020T with blocked counter. Not possibility to enter NCK code.

I use latest NCK Dongle MTK Android Tool, selected correct model - OT5020 T And do FORMAT USING CABLES.
I do not know what values to put in the fields Begin Address And Format Lenght.

There is no need custom format for problem solving.
Go Main tab, and use reset phone button.
