i have a ALCATEL OT-505.
now i want flash it , because i want change language..
i want chinese language firmware.
i don't know where i can download it, and how to flash.
i have to buy some machine?
or just need download software?

If you not have any service software, you can use alcatel updater.
And nckdongle is protected by smart card and not free.
Will not work without
