How can i find provider ID in Alcatel OT-990.? [ANSWERED - SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

i try to calculate unlock code for Alcatel OT-990
i know the imei becouse i sow make @#06#
but icant see the Provider ID becouse the paper when is wrote the Provider Id does not exist
any help

Hi!

See this, it's direct unlock report.

If you need phone pids, only click read info button, but I think direct unlock method better way.

i have problem also with usb port becouse is broken
that is the reason which i want to calculate the code
becouse i know is very easy with usb cable direct unlock
so i need the provider iD to calculate code and to put insert unlock code with hands

and pid should be on the back sticker anyway.
