You may try it:

1. Enter phone in GSM mode: Menu -> Setting and tools [9] -> Phone Settings [6] -> Network Mode [9] -> GSM Mode.

2. Enter Menu -> Setting and tools [9] -> Phone Settings [6] -> SIM security [8]. The phone ask enter code. This one is security code (by default, last 4 digit of CDMA number).

3. In SIM Security menu go to SIM Lock [2] item, and choose Unlocked. Phone ask SIM CODE. Enter your code and enjoy - your phone is now unlocked and can work with all GSM operators.

Also customer is doesn't know the number.

I Unlocked the phone.

Also when you select the CDMA Mode when enter to screen ( MANU) you can not change the GSM mode

So you want to unlock first using the selection of CDMA mode .

After unlock the follow the step above to change to GSM mode.Then you will have the signal.

Please follow it, i hope it will work

You can see your number in Menu -> Setting and tools [9] -> Phone Info [9] -> My Number [1] -> CDMA Number [1]. You will find MDN there, which the CDMA Mobile Number
