Need to see debug log.
Make and upload somewhere debug log, and after post info here.
In what state is phone?

phone problem unlock.the pid is not in listed.so thats y i cant get unlock code.how to get debug log sir.i am new user of nck dongle.

Without security backup, i'am can't give you unlock code.
as i'am remember, i'am aleready sayed you about.
Please give me debug log, need to see where is problem here.
