external links not allowed u have 3 options there and a very simple option is you run nckdongle.exe , then settings TAB, access support BUTTON

and in this support area you will find the setup files uploaded

Hi LAL2000

OT5020t and OT5020x is different phones.
To solve your problem , you must select OT5020t in latest AndroidMTK exe, make reset phone and affer will allow code enter.

Codes for 5020x not compatible with 5020t, you must read codes as 5020t.

he told you USE LATEST MTK ANDROID TOOL , SELECT CORRECT MODEL, OT5020 T NOT X Z C V G ETC... ONLY T THE DO FORMAT USING CABLES NOT CALCULATOR.

hope it s clear as 1 simple phone dragging too many useless posts
