Selected model: MT6580
Action: Reset FRP
Reinsert phone battery.
Battery must be charged.
Phone must be off with battery inside.

where can i find this custom da, i cant read flash or dump flash

please explain me more clearly

Is very complicate to explain all basic details from begining, but will try.
When you boot phone in flash mode, you must use loader to boot this phone.
Loader usually come with factory flasher.
Factory flasher usually come with phone firmware.
Loader usually can be named like MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin,DA_SWSEC.bin,DA_PL.bin and so on.

In your specific case, loader is signed using rsa and you can't use any loader what have this name, you must use loader designed for your phone, meen factory loader.
What meen RSA and what meen binary sign, try to use google search.

To answer to your next question, why is not posible to add this loaders in exe?
Because of huge quantity of phones.
Is like you buy new pc.
It not come with all programs from all world installed, it have only few programs installed.
If you need some program, usually you install it.
Same is here, even teoreticly is not posible to add all signed loaders from all world.
If need some specific loader, user must use it from phone firmware.
