Without any info and log is almost imposible to guess your problem.

You formated whole firmware and after you expect from phone to start corectly?

i think its like other mtk phone dead and relife by scetter file but the phone after format fully dead just red light when connect cable

Can you try and test these files, I ripped them from factory zip
(0PJXIMG_A55ML_DTUL_L50_SENSE70_HTC_Europe_1.45.40 1.2_Radio_1.1506V24P22T34.2103.0805_AD5[W.T]_release_464717_combined_signed.zip)
It's European rom.

If you manage to get it starting, charging and entering recovery,
there may be a chance of reviving it ...

Download : E9plus_revive_test1

Unpack, load scatter and try to flash it ...

Problem is, this happen with all phones, no matter if it's mtk, qualcomm, sprd, intel e.t.c.
After erasing whole firmware, the phone usually does not start.
And here really no matter what tool you used to perform full firmware erase.
Next time, before full erase, be sure what you do.

Your phone must create port in device manager, mtk phones have internal brom loader what will boot phone in flash mode even with erased firmware.

Post here VID and PID created my this port.

You can use google and microsoft help, will be easy to find what meen windows device manager.
Here will be little complicate to explain this basic windows functions.
