gold card will not root your phone.
gold card is related to flashing.

try to install custom rom ...i think that's easy.........

you must insert emty sdcard inside, format it before in fat 32.
on read info exe will read sd card cid also.
After make goldcard image and write image to your card.

Image must be writed in same card from what you readed cid.
