Most Huawei Modems branded by IDEA have CUSTOMIZED FIRMWARE therefore can not be unlock by an Unlock Code.

Lets try to explain in easy steps this.

Some modems, phones e.t.c. firmwares have disabled entering unlock code.
Usually some vendors modufy firmware and disable unlock by code.

How to solve this.

Here exist 2 ways, 1= flash other not modified firmware and after unlock with code, 2= path this firmware(direct unlock).

Codes gived by nckdongle is 100% corect, you can compare and see this.
But like Wolfen13 and NCKCDMA sayed, here we have customised firmware.

Nckdongle not supprt direct unlock(path) so you can flash other firmware and unlock by code or use other tool what support direct unlock for this modem.

And not need to spam this post with other tools logs what give same error, error send code.
