Already tried with old version and new v11,set asking unlock code,device is rooted and with custom recovery,can you help?

P.S. Inside it is ICS 4.0.3

i have not tested with this version 4.0.3 but you must follow these steps and correctly

1. Download from support archive with custom recovery.
1.1.If drivers installed skip step 2.
2. Power on phone complete and install drivers, MUST be mounted volume with phone drivers, so install from this volume.
If custom recovery already flashed go to step 9.
3. Put phone in FastBoot mode holding Vol- and powerOn(5-10sec)
4. Put usb cable and wait untill install drivers(check in device manager if all ok).
5. Open nckdongle.exe, select Fastboot_utils tab.
6. Tick flash phone in RECOVERY utils.
7. Click on load and send and select recovery image.
8. Wait until finish, remove cable, remove battery(for 5...6 sec, if not phone will auto power on).
9. put battery, keep Vol+ and power on until phone power in recovery mode.
10. Go to Huawei android tab, select correct model and press check.

PS. Unlock must be made from recovery mode.

11. If all ok press unlock.

Thank you,but already done all step in that order,install super recovery,rooted,all done without error,see picture,in software is successfully unlocked,but set remain asking network code:

Tried all version of nck dongle,but it is same result.I had to use other tool because cost.... did not want wait no more.Thank you.

P.S.Just want to say with 2.3.6 android,did not have problems,every set was successfully unlocked with that procedure.

problem is in firmware you must update to official firmware non branded, i have same problem with mt:s serbia ics, then recovery and root, if cant recovery unlock bootloader.

try to root then unlock bootloader, then flash recovery (try from support if not work then cwm),then again root with root from support, and then unlock. for me work
