Hello.

I requested this unlock yesterday and it´s been more than 16 hours and its still pending

Here is the log:
Result: IMEI: 86927401604xxxx status in server[PENDING].

I can't do business with this kind of delay.

Nck team speed up the server please. The delay it's not a few hours, it's more than 12 hours.

The processing time of your website says that it only need 1 - 10 minutes. Fake advertisement. Update your website.

Not on weekdays

ok i will fix this and will reject the orders for you np, if you can t wait, now huawei is 1 - 2 days depends on time of submission if you find better and faster pls go for it , it wil be for sure processed in my servers

Either way let me know if in the morning you the code i put in logger for you , if not let me know i cancel it and if you don t want to also use logger let me know also i arrange something for that, just don t get too angry and pushy, life is not so complicated.

I will try to get more time from my customer.

I think you should change the phrase on huawei.

Instead of : HUAWEI All Levels + Reset Key: 2.5 Credits 1 - 48 hours on weekends
it should be HUAWEI All Levels + Reset Key: 2.5 Credits 1 - 48 hours

That way we all understand better the processing time of the code.

I'm not angry, just confused and a little desperate because of the waiting time.
