but phone doesn't restart and if i restart it manually phone still locked...
as u can see phone is rooted and flashed with custom recovery from support...
also flashed it with from command prompt...all passed ok...but phone still locked...heeeeeep

Unlock need to be made from recovery mode.

Try this:

Power off phone, replace battery, plug in via usb to computer and hold "volume up" and power button on at same time until logo appears on screen.
Release up vol. and power button and then immediately press "volume down and power button and hold until logo freezes (stays on screen) does't progress beyond the logo, and start unlock procedure again.

no phone found...
also it messed up boot image to green screen with red and blue rectangles first time tried to unlock it....how to fix that?

strange that it is still locked tho, regards screen try to flash it with original firmware and should fix issue also try auto update might fix.

don't have original but tried few cwm recovery roms and still same.....

but problem is i need to unlock phone...

U need to reflash phone with stock firmware.

in recovery wipe data-factory, root phone, and try unlock in recovery mode!
