i have a huawei y530-00 phone locked fastboot how can unlock the boot loader with

For our users we added posibility to read bootloader code.
After you can unlock bootloader in fastboot.
You can read bootloader code using qualcom module or huawei module.

not going stuck I can not even enter the menu stay on android so I can find id get bootloader code

You can enter in edl mode by testpoint.
Phone must be without battery.
If you will enter on edl, your first step must be backup security.
After you can play with phone how you want.

I have resolved with the bootloader I reset it but now it does not start it is black and it does not go away

Phones can have hardware damages also.
You can try to flash flash in this phone , if you entered in edl mode.
If this will not help, need to repair phone.
