Need help with OT-4037A [ANSWERED]

When phone is powered on it's stuck on the provider logo.. I downloaded the firmware for the phone and tried the flash.. but i'm getting a error..

Many phones stuck on logo can meen hardware damage.
First of all check if battery is charged, mediateck will not charge battery if phone not power corectly.
Also posible can be problems with emmc flash ic.
You can try to full erase phone first.
But remember, if phone is damaged hardware, after will njto even boot on logo.
