What exactly meen "good luck when reinstall" ?
Meen you not know how to uninstall windows exe?
You must google about how to uninstall windows exe, or acces microsoft help.

When you post problem, need to give details about this problem.
We can't guess what pc you have and how you use exe.
So, is recomended to post details about your windows, ram, pc hardware details e.t.c as first step.

I'am have here 3 pc with installed windows 7, windows 8.1 and windows xp.
And really not see any problem on running , also not need "luck" as sugested ghacks to unistall any exe running on my pc.

If exe have some problems"bugs" on some windows version, we will check and solve if this is not userside problem.
But for this need to know what to check.
Only acces violation screenshots is not usefull.

i have same problem i had instaled last version of nck he ask me to update the card.now i cant go back to the old soft always ask me update card with any version instaled.
