issue flashing 3002g by sfr [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hello, I have an unit of this models with software problems and I trying to flash with support firmware but getting this error

DA version: 5.1316.00.00
ROOT CERTIFICATE ENABLED.
USER SELECTION : WRITE FIRMWARE.
MODEL SELECTED : OT-3002
Com port opened...Press power on
S_ROOTCERT_HANDLE_IS_NOT_READY
Error code:5072
ALL DONE.

what can I do?

This phone have hardware damage or have been damaged by another tool(writed full flash).
ROOT CERTIFICATE is erased from flash chip or flash ic have problems.

I'am not know any metod to repair this till now, because phone not allow any acces with this problem.

may be was my fault because I do full format...

In alcatel 3002, 1030, and 1010 not need to do this.
From what i'am know this phones affected by this.

We working to find solution for repair.
Hope soon will be solved this.
