Itel it2180(Movitel) flash fail

Itel 2180 with movitel customized
phone was ok but needed network unlock
i thought resef phoneefs could remove the simlock
but then phone not boot after reset phone efs
lucky i first made backup before any operation
but then after write fullflash phone not boot. So
i looked for a pac file to flash it since the backup
could not work. flash sucess but display white.
phone boot ok calls can recieve but display same.
tried writing nv backup still same white screen.
write again dump phone not power on. anyway to
fix the white screen. display was ok before this.

I'am told many times about need to use reset phone in diagnostic mode, also in new version is removed format efs in flash mode.
On some models it cause problem and based on users report we removed this from exe.

In diagnostic mode reset is safe without risk and this function exeists in exe from very long time.
But no, some users will download and will use old version, and after we come here.

White screen, meen your pac is not compatible with your phone.

In some phones brands change game rule
Is introduced firmware sign like in mtk, to force to use factory firmware.
Send me readed backup + pac file what you writed in phone, will try to help you.
