MT11 Can't unlock, why? [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I have MT-11 xperia neo V for unlock, but cant do that.
i follow this steps:

1.Connect phone powered on to your PC.
2.Install necessary drivers.
3.Disconnect battery,press Unlock
4.Attach Testpoint and connect phone with Micro USB cable directly to USB port.
5.Don't use USB hubs!.

connect TP and USB, then i see tab "loading boot,release TP" i release TP and device detected as HS-USB Diagnostics 9008 (COM67) process bar goes to 100% and nothing happens after that. Procedure not complete abort button still active,but nothing to do. I try with 2.3 and 4.0 android firmware,no luck.
What wrong?

under battery what version is?

11Wxx or 12Wxx ?

from 12W14 SE changed security and phone will not accept loader.

Small hints here.
1.Check version.
2.Be sure antivirus is not active.
3.If you use win7 be sure exe is started in admin mode.
4.Check in device managed if diagnostic port not have ! before(meen conflict).
5.Be sure you not use any usb hubs and pc have good power source to power phone, sometimes china "1000W+" sources not prowide necesarry power.

Progress bar in you sittuation start search for com port in pc, and seems can't open this port.

12W18 under battery! its sad. How can i unlock it, with what product?
please note about security in new version of nckdongle,let people know it!

Yes we will put this, but it's common for all tools what do SE phones.

New security only with emma card and buth tools from market what use emma card have down this service.

So only wordwide code or code by operator will help you.

I think phone belongs to "new security" list and not supported.
