mtk unlock by CPU [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I have been trying to unlock an mtk 6572 by CPU using NCK android MTK module, but my software stays at insert USB Cable.. Help anyone pls

Yes, unlock by cable currently need to insert usb cable to phone...Unlock by on the air (wifi, bt, etc) currently not supported with the exception of the factory code or code is calculated....

I powered off phone, remove and reinsert battery and i insert usb cable when prompted, but it just stays there..

Apologies for my ignorance, i have figured out why my software did not continue.

Selected connection metod: META Mode
Exe version: NCKBox AndroidMTK 1.8.7.0
Selected model: MT6572_NAND
Action: Unlock
Scanning for presents meta ports...
Meta ports not detected, starting brom stage.
Curent Platform: MT6572
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...
