This is not AndroidMTK log.
Update was for AndroidMTK exe and you used main exe to read info.
Not understand exactly how you expect unlock in this way.

What you meen exactly?
This log is not AndroidMTK log.

Please start AndroidMTK, select HTC 310 and from unlocking tab click read info.
Phone must be on and rooted.
If ask for su, please allow.
