download first nck dongle main Module 14.4, then start software, when it prompt for update , click update card, then restart exe and al should be ok IF your card was really first updated in server with less than 1 year, IF not then you MUST buy activation or CONTACT YOUR RESELLER or US with proof of purchase , REAL Proof such as paypal screenshot when buying dongle from authorized reseller only , if not authorized reseller then we don t accept such proof.
