this is not our fault or our software fault this is USER FAULT that do not know how to put phone in fast boot and unlock.

U must Put Phone in FastBoot :

-Phone Powered Off, Press & HOLD GREEN & RED & VOL Down Buttons and connect USB Cable to phone.

- Screen goes pink Displayed.
