I'am already answered you, but you start again and again same subject.
Will try to answer again.

To have such private server will be very very expensive.
Will need private server with very big bandwith and huge hdd size to keep all users upload.
Also will need 1 or 2 person to manage this server and uploaded files.
Our project not allow to keep so expensive server and pay personal to manage this server.
But, if you want, you can support server cost, for sure lot of users will be happy and will say you thanks.
If you are really interested, pm me, and will estimate you costs.
