1. Select da agent for non alcatel mtk all in one .bin.
2. Select scater file from firmware.
3. Select after flash option.
4. Press boot info to see if phone's chip is supported.
5. Press write phone, and wait until it s done.
6. Enjoy working phone.

Note: use only factory flashes provider in our support area.

What does PRD mean?
PRD refers to an identification number on a Blackberry smartphone. It stands for Product Requirements Documents. The number is a sort/batch number and is reference to where, when and for which wireless carrier the handset was manufactured for. All Blackberry models are not alike, but differ depending on the firmware installed, the software, language and the branding needed for the designated telecom provider they are going to be sold under. Blackberry phones are factory locked. The PRD number determines the handset origin and to unlock a BlackBerry, is a very helpful in determining the correct unlock code.

What does a PRD number look like?
The PRD number comprises of of eight numbers and can look something like this: PRD-30001-001

In some Huawei phones (for now tested only on g7010 can be others also) in D:\@ime folder in file system exist file named ime_gdb.dat
before making any changes with phone please check if this file exist and backup it.

After phone can be repaired rewrited e.t.c.
After just need to put this file back.

And full backup as usual is safe way, so it's recomended.

If you have backup and not have this file we can extract this file from backup and phone will be repaired.

We work to find solution to regenerate this file.
But for now this is the only way.

Correct unlock procedure.

1. Remove microsd card from phone.
2. Check battery level (it's important, without battery phone can't connect to pc)
3, Remove battery from phone fo 5 sec, then replace it back in phone.
4. Connect Phone to usb and put phone in FAST BOOT MODE (make sure it is in real fast boot mode and other mode will kill signal on phone) then let it install drivers, if drivers conflict will not work ok).
Fast Boot Notice (if keep pressed for 5sec and it s stuck on clepsidre or logo but not recognized correctly, you need to keep it pressed for 5 more sec).
5. Press unlock.(if you press check phone before you press Unlock then YOU MUST repeat same from steps from number 2).

PS. For how to enter correct fast boot mode it is explain in help button in Huawei TAB
PS2> Phone will hang on white screen with little circle in the middle or on logo = That is fastboot. Pc will recognise as Android Sooner Single ADB interface
