Hi Orbita.
I unlocked Idol 2 mini and network very poor,simlock restore function not work.
How to restore backuped simlock.bin? or rebuild simlock zone?

Network very poor not related to unlock.
New EMMC phones on wrong simlock, recreate default simlock.
You can even erase simlock from phone or damage it, if simlock not pass check will be recreated default one from sec_ro.
Restore simlock function is mostly for old nand phones like ot-918, ot-990 and so on.
An even in old phones, on wrong or missing simlock phone is in airplan mode.
If you have poor network, this is 100% not from simlock.

What you meen restore function not work?

I try restore function idol2 mini and idol2 mini s , file is add,but nothing happen.
Now phone is 3g poor networks and droped but 2g nothing network.
Before unlocked phone work pefect

Simlock on this phones not have any relatation with network.
Exist 3 states how is checked this in firmware..

1.Locked.
2.Unlocked.
3.Wrong simlock.
In case 3 phone recreate default simlock.

Not exist other cases what set poor , not poor signal, 3g, not 3g e.t.c.
And here on unlock is changed only unlock bit, what meen locked/unlocked.

I'am have Idol 2 mini phone.
And played lot with this phone, phone still work ok.
Simlock after direct unlock, is identical like after unlock key imput.

On old phones , wrong or missing simlock put phone in airplan mode.
Here simple is rebuiled default simlock, if not pass checking.

You can belive me or not, it's your choise.
I'am simple saying you how this work in phone.

Another thing is firmware, some operators modify phone firmware.
Known case is acer z120 for example.
This phone after unlock work perfectly with vodafone and orange, but not work in cosmote.
To solve this exist 2 ways, flashing another firmware or path some functions in modem.img.
Also Vodafone 975, after unlock have problems in orange on some firmware versions.
To solve this need to flash phone.
If you 100% sure phone is ok hardware(not from what customer say

), you must flash phone.
Some time ago, i'am haved some like this, customer buyed from me unlock key for some motorol phone.
And come after to claim, after he imput unlock key, microfone not work anymore.
So i'am sugest you to be sure about what problem we talk here.

Vodafone Smart Tab 4g in fact is alcatel phone.
Download new alcatel qualcom drivers from support and use.
This phone was tested and work ok with this drivers.

Android utils tab, enable diag port.
After install qualcom drivers.
