1.To dump firmware need to press button "Dump firmware"
2.Baseband Unknown can be from hardware damage, firmware corupt, nvram corupt, security corupt, imei corupt.
Need to identify why give this problem and solve.
If is hardware, need to perform hardware repair.
If is from firmware, need to write good firmware.
If is....you understand my logic, right?
