did you use support access software ? find it use it and you will find all you need

PS. this dongle update not box update, just in case still not know difference in this matter.

And why you chose safe flash on erased preloader
Exe log tell you about.
If you want to use other tool, it's your personal problem.
But here is your mistake, not related to exe in any way.
