Most posible this is not factory firmware.
And phone accept only factory firmware.

its signed file may be if phone not yet supported its infinix x624b HOT 7

MTK have 2 type of phones.
Secured and generic.
In case of secured phone, need to write only factory firmware, readed from other phone firmware will not be accepted.
In case of generic phone, you can read-write phone firmware, not exists any restrictions.
This is not related to infinix x624b HOT 7 only, all mtk phones have this rule.

Also, this can happen if phone have damaged emmc(read only state).
If you 100% sure about factory signed firmware try to exclude from writing secro and simlock and check what will happen.

MTK boot sequence: VOL+ & VOL- while connecting USB cable and MTK Preloader Boots or BROM happens

I´ve attached images with device booted in MTK boot, however not custom loader was found for it so, cannot do operations.
