Loader(da) is loaded in ram, and after wrong da, need simple reinsert phone battery or restart phone.
You can call this hint "fix download mode", if you want.

I understand this boss but for phones with inbuilt battery. A times it forces to open the phone and disconnect the battery first.

One way is to reconect battery, other way is to long hold(5-10 sec) vol+ and vol- button, with connected usb cable.
If you can't reinsert battery, you can use second way.

For all people, more then 10.000 download, inside exists installer.
And for you not exist installer, you not consider this little strange?

i am not a newby in computers and unlock boxes,
do you mind giving me the first steps i need to do to get this nck dongle
installed please,

i just connected the dongle and downloaded support access new,
from there i am trying to download setup files,
but some of them download empty

i need samsung module and mtk module, main module came empty as well
please give me the right steps to get this dongle working,
thank you

Well not mr newbie

I downloaded all and checked all ok and all users downloaded all ok, so disable you anti virus or them in exception list or change pc.

Was explained in update thread about, this is safe wipe metod performed by phone itself.
Some phones not allow to use misc partition[write protected] but allow to use cache partition.
vivo mode should work on vivo phones and posible on other phones.
This selection will perform safe reset with preserve user data.
