NCK DONGLE Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi guys I am a new and happy user of nck Dongle but for some reason the when I try launch the main module it comes up with settings page. I have tried the update but its making no difference. All the other modules work fine though......please help.

No main nck software to update newest version. Download latest support.zip, open file, download latest nckdongle installer (8.3), install and problem solved.

It simply cannot be if you are using v8.3 , go to support and download latest v8.3 and use, as kaller1 advised

tried this solution and its still the same thing. Must be noted I have had no problems until the last 2 days.

When it come up with settings page it must enable update and only will work if you use latest version

I have enabled update but stuck on that page still. Updated to 8.3 don't make no difference. Have a feeling its not software because I have tried on a PC I just set up but still the same will upload pics when I'm back in shop....thanks for help

Check please if your firewall not block some ports.
And if you use win7 open exe as admin.

From your photo , software stuck on server conecting.

guys my firewall off....whats strange is I just started having this problem recently so I am thinking its hardware.

I am running on XP as admin
Firewall is off
Antivirus is off

no difference.

seems a bug in your operating system, orbita is using windows xp and i use windows 7 32 bit and 64 bit and all ok.
