NCK DONGLE - problem After update card [SOLVED]

NCK Dongle

It has died after hitting update card, The exe crashed, Now when plugged into usb it just flashes red and orange, Or sometimes it says usb device has malfunctioned.

And won't allow me to open the exe at all

Tried it on 2 machines to rule out any hardware issues or laptop faults,

Any other suggestions ?

put scard in another card reader and try to run software

ok i've it working now, if i disconnected from internet would work but not update card, seems to be a server issue

And now its updated so thread can close
