-- How To Read Codes:

1. Put Phone in DIAG Mode (As usual).
2. Click Read info
If phone is locked, it will display unlock codes.

- This is beta feature, if it does not work on some phone, please give link to firmware and upload NVRam backup.

- This feature work with Android Spreadtrum phones ONLY.
- Will NOT work on Hardlocked Firmwares or if phone have disabled input unlock code.

- This is Universal method and must cover 50-60 % from all Spreadtrum Android phones.

Now read more carefully page from you maked screenshot.
In update is about diag mode, not about flash mode.
So just a hint, you must use diag mode tab, not flash mode tab ?.

NCK Team we need more update for sprd module. Add spd cpu 6820/8810 full support read and write pac files. Also activate other spd cpus read and write pac files as well.

SPRD MODULE V0.4 cant open after successfully activated 1 year support

That is the message i get when i open the software but there is no upgrade in the Main Module

I did that on two different computers but still same
also all modules work correct except SPRD Module

Well, if you have nckdongle, you must use nckdongle exe, if you have nckbox, you must use nckbox exe.

nckdongle exe that is the main module works fin including other modules except SPRD module... and there is no card update option in the main exe
