Any guide for Vodafone smart 4G (8860u) connecting.
I installed drivers and connected phone turned off and turned on but not found by software in both 7 and xp.

Hi.
If driver installed ok, you must have Coolpad diagnostic port in device manager.
Phone must be ON and ADB must be OFF .

when you connect phone with correct drivers

you must have Coolpad diagnostic port in device manager.

post screenshot with your device manager with connected phone, let s see pls and post screenshot with NCK dongle software in same windows pls

Same problem here , intalled drivers from support , tried with two phones, tested with XP / 7 , phone off / on , adb on / off.

Diag ports never show, only MTP or ADB / Fastboot.

ADB must be disabled, in setting "about phone" need to click 7 or more times on version to enable developer mode.

And check if usb debugging is enabled, need to disable.
This will put phone in qualcomm mode.

After insert cable and will be installed diagnostic and nmea ports.

If all ok, must be some like this.

You do some wrong, on my test phone was from first try this.
And for me USB debugging was disabled.

Any qualcom have rule...ADB enabled...no diagnostic.
Diagnostic enabled...no adb.

Here same.
