HOW TO USE FOR MODELS WITHOUT TP:
MAKE SURE NO SIMCARD INSTERTED

Before unlocking go to menu, settings, applications->development then
set the USB Debugging to ON (tip it)
1. Press Unlock.
2. Phone Must be power off, and press the back key then connect cable (install drivers if needed when prompt)
if still not detected remove battery quick and put back while pressing back key.
3. after loader will be sent, software will prompt to remove cable and turn on phone then put cable back, 
here you must 1. Remove cable, 2. Turn on Phone, wait for anitmated logo then insert cable again.
4. Phone will detect again, then install drivers again if needed (ADB Drivers), 
then Phone will aut restart again once it restarted software will propmt Press ok when phone start ( wait until phone fully started) then Press ok.
5. wait few seconds and see Phone Unlocked MSG.

HOW TO USE FOR MODELS WITH TP:
MAKE SURE NO SIMCARD INSTERTED

Press Unlock
De attach USB CABLE from phone
Remove battery from phone
Attach TEST POINT
Then attach USB CABLE to phone
Wait for unlock to start.
Follow instruction on screen.

Make sure all drivers installed correctly.

PS. Please note that this solution is like all others in market and supports version up to 12w13

check you final steps made , make sure you run in correct in adb and make you installer correct se adb drivers.


after you see "GETTING ROOT ACCESS" DO NOT TOUCH PHONE until procedure complete.

DO NOT DETACH PHONE FROM CABLE AFTER PROCEDURE STARTED.
DO NOT REMOVE BATTERY FROM PHONE AFTER PROCEDURE STARTED.

solutions are:

1. disable antivirus.
2. run as admin.
3. do NOT run exe from read-only media.

it can happen that ADB server will not recognize phone after reboot, if phone not detecting automatically and on status bar you can see "waiting phone", again - only in that case - disconnect phone from usb and connect it again, procedure should continue.

if not, well, repeat from start.

@fast unlocking Hi and thank you for the bugfix it worked perfect for the U20 you replied too yesterday. Does the unlock work for the WT19 Walkman as its listed but when i connect it says all done within about 2 seconds. Also how do i check the version like 12w23 as i have looked in the about phone in settings.

First what is you phones version ? 12w13 and less? and what s your android version?

(look at label under the battery). If your phone was produced later than 12W13 (12W16, 12W18, ...) then such new phones are not supported by no one tool.

12w30 not supported at all , and even if you downgrade will not work

reason:

SE has changed QCOMM Chip to new secured chip that no at the moment support, we are working on new qcomm secured chips for Sony mobiles, until then nothing can be done and no other team support this also.

Yes, same problem, where can I find the xperia logs? Logs folder not inside.
Other ideas: Next update please change log format to TXT.
