NCK Dongle v9.6 Released - 02/01/2013 - GSM-Forum

Added:

Alcatel Qualcommm Flasher. (Added for now OT-990 Which has been tested, others will follow as we test).
Repair Damaged Sim-lock Via Flashing.
Reset Counters Via Flashing.

In support added the following firmwares:

One_touch_990_ALES1_53U - Froyo (Unlocked)
firmware_ot990_obgb-Froyo (Locked)
One_touch_990_ALRU_v5GY- Gingerbread (Unlocked)

How to flash?

Code:

1. Without battery press the home button and insert usb cable 2. Wait until drivers install is complete. 3. Load Firmware (tar file) Don t need to extract file, just select this file as IT IS. 4. Press flash phone and wait until flashing has finished.

Second Method if first above didn't work:

1. With Phone powered on & USB debuging disabled. 2. Wait until drivers install is complete. 3. Load Firmware (tar file) Don t need to extract file, just select this file as IT IS. 4. Press flash phone and wait until flashing has finished.

Do not disconnect until flash is finished ok.
