need help for ot990 unlock via usb cable [SOLVED]

1. Running latest exe in admin mode
2. Connect Phone to Pc using usb cable
3. Make sure USB Debugging is DISABLED
4. Must Install Comport as Qualcomm Port
5. Phone Must be Powered On without Sim card
6. Press Unlock & connect phone

Problem is not winXP here.
Posible you not started exe in admin mode, or windows is starter editiion or some firewall block somehow exe to work.
