If you want to use USB , need to select USB from comport settings.
Phone must be off.

If phone is ON, exe will not detect target.

If you want to use usb, you must put phone in boot mode before connect to exe.

But....this phone have MT6223P cpu, meen very old.
Most posible, usb not supported here and need to use rj45.

In mtk rj45 cable meen also 3 wires to solder.
RX,TX and gnd.
Almost all phones have marked on PCB this.
