We never promoted changing alcatel imei.
Most posible you use wrong section.
By the way, if you really want to change alcatel imei, desolder flash ic, solder new one and after write once otp imei.

To repair imei, in this phones not need.
From simple reason, imei is hard writted in rom and not posible to erase.
