how do i reflash this unit my sd card slots is damage. no way to flash in sd card. can i use nck dongle to flash this unit. how?

Acording to device specifications, this phone have msm8916 chipset.
You can try flashing using qualcomm module.
But you will need to have phone firmware for this.

You must use firmware what was designed to be used in usb mode.
OTA firmware was not designed for this.

Most posible is not corectly maked xml file, here can be problem.
Give me this xml file to see.
If phone haved problem before, posible was damaged firmware or hardware problem.
You need factory or firmware from good working phone to test.
