when select OT-2010 :

Com port opened...Press power on
Conected ok with target ...
Reopen comport(COM20)
BaseBand CPU : MT6260

In exe check debug info.
Make unlock again.
And post here please brom_debug_log.

P.S.
OT-2010 differ from OT-1046.
Making unlock chosing different model can result dead phone.

If it's urgent , you can flash with firmware from support.
ALXX firmwares will debrand and unlock also phone.
