I just received t'pop from ONE macedonia. There is no pid for unlock. I've tried with help and give an error. Anyone help?

OT 4010X CFMK1. I've tried with help and this is the log:

Selected: OT-4010
Connection info:
1.Power off phone.
2.Reinsert battery.
3.When software ask, insert usb cable.

Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...
Phone detected, switch to meta mode, wait....
This can take up to 30 sec, do not disconnect phone.
Meta mode conected ok, start reading phone....
Phone imei : 86929401544084
Error read simlock info!!
All done.

hi goran03.

1.Phone must have label with pid.
2."Error read simlock" info probably meen simlock is corupted, reset or flash your phone and try again.
