Both codes are wrong, phone sro: XZG2UM7C

Problem with this phone is not wrong codes, firmware is locked and not allow code entering.
You can try by other tool and will see same result.
Solution is direct unlock here, but for this need to have phone in hands.

We search for this phone, if you want to sell one, contact by pm me or fastunlocking please.

Can you try make boot info by rj45 cable selecting 871 and 655 models please?
Cable is gw300 lg used.

Need by rj45 not by usb.

start nckdongle generic mtk and make what i'am sayed above please.

Run NCK Dongle Generic MTK Flash tool , Select OT871 from list then press Make boot info by rj45 cable selecting 871 and 655 models please?
Cable used is gw300 lg .

Need by rj45 not by usb.

Will prepare in some hours test exe to see exactly.

Will need some help from you.
1.Format phone(auto fat format)
with phone powered off , select usb_cable and when exe ask to insert cable press * and insert cable(if ask for drivers , install it).

2.Without powering phone after format click backup calibration.

In backup directory will be folder with com port name.
Arhive this folder and post here please.

After try also to enter generated codes, posible to be blocked counter and alcatel usually also give wrong code if have blocked counter.

btw, phone ask for network code? some phones have also nsck or spck codes.

driver exist in support for this phone or can be in exe directory.

All mtk phones use same driver

MTK_USB_Driver.rar see in support.
