Ot-9008A FRP Error - GSM-Forum

I can not remove the account in an alcatel OT-9008A.

Here the log:

Exe version: NCKDongle AndroidMTK 2.5.8.7
Selected model: OT-9008A
Action: Reset FRP
Reinsert phone battery.
Battery must be charged.
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...
Detected : MediaTek USB Port (COM28)
Boot mode: Brom
Using Algo 2.
Phone detected...Please wait
Sending DA agent, please wait...

Error Load Custom Preloader.

Go to support and download from "Alcatel Preloader" directory arhive called vfd610_preloader.rar
Extract somewhere on your hdd, and load scatter from arhive.

Flash phone with this preloader file?
or just load the file and execute FRP reset ?

Not need to flash nothing, just load scatter from arhive using "open scat file" button, and after reset frp.

Your phone is OT-9008, so need to use alcatel_9008_preloader.rar
vfd610_preloader.rar is for another phone, OT-V610.
