ok, so look carefully the combobox where you can select the brands...
click on it and instead of just ALCATEL, click down on ALCATEL ANDROID.

then, on model you can select 918 and after that the PID.

Orbita already told you the solution...
look careful at my log and then look at yours.

I have change the lower version 7.6 now i have got the code, in the phone it show me wrong code. now 3 left i stop to put the code.
Is there any direct solution?

sure you are calculating wrong pid what do u expect each pid have it s own calculation , you cannot calculate ALEU1 for RGFR3 this will never work for sure. read manual for how to use calculation.

even before you try 7.9 for alcatel androidl

Sorry sir i sow your PID that you chose is not same like mine is that why you got differente code with mine.

I used this PID: RGFR3
U used that PID: ALEU1

By using V.7.7 as u say i got same code like in v.7.6
This is the really PID back the phone: 2JRGFR3-IS40
Just try to calculate the code and let me know.

Later I will be trying the new pid that you want.
