Possible wrong calc?

OT995 Firmware not supported firmware version threw codes calc, please update phone via one touch upgrade tool from Alcatel Official Support site then re enter codes

this pid tested working with a phone in have try to update ur phone with alcatel one touch tool from supor and re enter codes

I tried to update the phone with one touch update tool but phone is not updateable. The last fw on it.
But now, i enter tha lot of times the calculated nck, the phone not accept any sim card.
Allways ask enter unlock code.
I enter what calculated but not accept.

What should i do???

why u do this for? u have 1 set of code u should have contacted support read sticky post about how to contact us, we could have walked you threw it, now u blocked counter use our messenger posted in sticky threads and add orbita tomorrow and he will solve with u.

I tried to contact with Orbita via nckMessenger but no any answer.
Please add ot995 nck counter reset option.
