afther many search i havent find spanish language for this hansed so here in nck support i found one dint save the log but was flashed ok but u need to hard reset phone afther flash

SPD_TCL_SINGLESIM_1060_PMPT3_EN_PT_ES_UNLOCKED yes thats the one i flashed but the problem is that defenetly u need to make manual hard reset to the phone because some item dosent install properly so that is when u do hard reset phone get locked back again

No not correct we have OT1060 in hands and we tested many time with all firmwares, all works perfect, btw this firmware is not some firmware we create, it is for Alcatel itself.

you need to read help how to use and when flash must tick both format and nv.

When you do flash with new fimware, you must tick format user area checkbox.
Can you explain exactly please how get back locked?

Because ....i'am have here 1060, flashed this firmware and maked factory reset couple of times.
Phone still unlocked.

yes ur rithg is solved afther flash phone was defenelty unlocked i did with 10 hansed only one has not network thanks
